เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่นำข้อมูลของคุณไปใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา ข้อมูลที่ได้จากบัญชี Google หรือผู้ให้บริการอื่นจะใช้เฉพาะเพื่อให้ฟังก์ชันที่คุณใช้งานทำงานได้ และไม่ถูกส่งต่อให้บุคคลอื่น ยกเว้นตามที่ระบุในข้อ 3

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ เช่น Cloudflare (โฮสต์เว็บไซต์และส่งอีเมล) Google (Gmail สำหรับรับอีเมล) และผู้ให้บริการ cloud/ฐานข้อมูลที่แอปพลิเคชันใช้ ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

7. ผู้เยาว์

บริการของเราไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่บุคคลอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยเจตนา

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

Privacy Policy (English)

RoomStack ("we") operates room-stack.com and the applications and services we build and run (the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Information we collect

• Information you provide, such as your name, email, company, phone number, project type, budget and message sent through our contact form or by email.
• Account information from third-party sign-in (e.g. Google or LINE), where an application offers it. We receive only what you authorize, such as your name, email address and profile picture, and use it only to sign you in and provide the Service.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and approximate country, used for spam prevention, rate limiting and security.

room-stack.com does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and quotes, provide and secure the Services, authenticate users, and comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your data or use it for advertising. Data obtained from Google or other sign-in providers is used only to provide user-facing features and is not transferred to others except as described below.

Sharing

We use service providers only as needed to run the Services, such as Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), Google (Gmail) and the cloud and database providers an application runs on. They process data on our instructions only. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry data as long as needed to communicate with you, and account data while your account is active. When no longer needed, or on your request, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. Data is sent over HTTPS and access is limited to team members who need it.

Your rights

You may request access to, a copy of, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. You can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contact [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will show the new effective date at the top of this page.
