ข้อกำหนดการให้บริการ

ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์ room-stack.com และแอปพลิเคชันหรือบริการที่ RoomStack พัฒนาและให้บริการ (รวมเรียกว่า "บริการ") การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

1. การใช้บริการ

คุณตกลงใช้บริการโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และจะไม่พยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รบกวนการทำงานของระบบ ส่งสแปม หรือใช้บริการในทางที่ก่อความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่น

2. บัญชีผู้ใช้

หากบริการต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ คุณมีหน้าที่ดูแลความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบของคุณ และรับผิดชอบกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีนั้น เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้

3. เดโมและผลงานตัวอย่าง

ระบบเดโมที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์ (เช่น PlugGo) จัดทำเพื่อสาธิตเท่านั้น อาจใช้ข้อมูลจำลอง มีการรีเซ็ตข้อมูล หรือปิดให้บริการได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า และไม่ควรใช้กับข้อมูลจริงหรือการชำระเงินจริง

4. งานพัฒนาตามสัญญา

งานพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ให้ลูกค้า ทั้งขอบเขตงาน ราคา กำหนดส่ง การรับประกัน และกรรมสิทธิ์ในผลงาน เป็นไปตามใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาที่ตกลงกันเป็นรายโครงการ ซึ่งมีผลเหนือข้อกำหนดนี้ในส่วนที่ขัดกัน

5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ชื่อ โลโก้ เนื้อหา และซอฟต์แวร์ของ RoomStack เป็นทรัพย์สินของเรา ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

6. การปฏิเสธการรับประกันและข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

บริการให้ไว้ "ตามสภาพ" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่องจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการ

7. บริการของบุคคลภายนอก

บริการอาจเชื่อมต่อหรือมีลิงก์ไปยังบริการของบุคคลภายนอก (เช่น Google, LINE, Cloudflare) ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการนั้น ๆ

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติ

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือเปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติบริการบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดได้ การใช้บริการต่อหลังการแก้ไขถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

Terms of Service (English)

These terms govern your use of room-stack.com and the applications and services built and operated by RoomStack (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Acceptable use. Use the Services lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, send spam or harm others.
• Accounts. Where sign-in is required, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
• Demos. Demo systems shown on this site (such as PlugGo) are for demonstration only. They may use sample data, be reset or be taken offline without notice, and must not be used with real data or real payments.
• Client projects. Scope, pricing, delivery, warranty and ownership of commissioned work are set by the quotation or contract for each project, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
• Intellectual property. RoomStack's name, logo, content and software belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
• Disclaimer. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Third parties. The Services may connect to third-party services (e.g. Google, LINE, Cloudflare), which are governed by their own terms.
• Changes. We may update these terms or change, suspend or end the Services. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
